FinTech projects

The process of building/managing products and operations begins with identifying problems, generating ideas, and testing them with the target audience.

How it works

Typically, my product management process has six stages, with each stage having specific milestones and deliverables tailored to the client and project.

To ensure that the product continues to meet the needs of the client and users after shipping, return to stage one, seeking feedback from users and clients.

Business Payments Platform
Users: Immigrant/international entrepreneurs & freelancers, Onboarding Managers

Problem #1:

Onboarding an international business owner

Navigating UK business regulations is complex for international entrepreneurs/freelancers. They often need some handholding from an onboarding manager/account manager to feel supported in their journey.

Idea #1:

Provide a simplified onboarding process with clear guidance, and culturally inclusive explanations on regulatory requirements, compliance check statuses, and semi-automated, but client-focused support during onboarding.

Problem #2:

Language and community support

Language barriers and lack of community support can hinder understanding and use of financial tools.

Idea #2:

Offer multilingual support and build a community forum for peer assistance and networking.
